Setting Up Discord
How to join the AlgoAlpha Discord server and connect your subscription.
The AlgoAlpha Discord server is the central hub for community discussion, trading signals, and direct support. This guide walks you through joining and linking your account.
Step 1: Join the Discord Server
Click the invite link to join the AlgoAlpha Discord server:
If you do not already have a Discord account, you will be prompted to create one. Discord is free and available on desktop, mobile, and web.
Step 2: Link Your Subscription
After joining the server, you need to verify your AlgoAlpha subscription to unlock premium channels. The process uses a Discord bot:
- Navigate to the verification or link-account channel in the server
- Follow the bot's instructions to connect your AlgoAlpha account
- Once verified, the bot will automatically assign you the appropriate role based on your subscription tier
Make sure you use the same email address for both your AlgoAlpha subscription and the verification process. Mismatched emails will prevent successful linking.
Step 3: Access Premium Channels
Once your subscription is linked, you will gain access to:
- Signal channels — Real-time crypto scalping and swing signals with entry, target, and stop-loss levels
- Indicator discussion — Channels dedicated to each premium indicator for strategy sharing and Q&A
- Support channels — Direct access to the AlgoAlpha team for technical issues
- Community chat — General trading discussion with other subscribers
Notification Settings
To avoid missing signals, configure your Discord notifications:
- Right-click the AlgoAlpha server icon in your server list
- Select Notification Settings
- Set signal channels to All Messages for real-time alerts
- Optionally enable mobile push notifications for signal channels
You can also set up the Discord mobile app to receive push notifications for specific channels, ensuring you never miss a signal when away from your desk.
Server Rules
The AlgoAlpha Discord server has community guidelines. Key rules include:
- No sharing of premium indicator access or signal content outside the server
- No solicitation or promotion of competing products
- Be respectful to other community members
- Use the appropriate channels for your questions (indicator help, signal discussion, general chat)
Troubleshooting
