This page documents every configurable setting in the Smart Signals Assistant. Access these settings by clicking the gear icon on the indicator label in TradingView.
Setting Type Default Description Signal Sensitivity Integer/Slider Medium Controls how frequently signals are generated. Higher values produce more signals with potentially more noise; lower values produce fewer, higher-quality signals. Show Buy Signals Toggle On Display bullish entry signals on the chart. Show Sell Signals Toggle On Display bearish entry signals on the chart. Show Strong Signals Only Toggle Off When enabled, only displays high-confluence signals and hides standard signals. Signal Style Dropdown Arrows Visual style of signal markers (arrows, triangles, labels, etc.).
Setting Type Default Description Show Exit Signals Toggle On Display exit markers on the chart. Exit Sensitivity Integer/Slider Medium How early or late exit signals appear. Higher sensitivity exits sooner; lower sensitivity allows more room. Exit Style Dropdown Diamonds Visual style of exit markers.
Setting Type Default Description Show Trend Ribbon Toggle On Display the colored trend band behind price. Ribbon Length Integer 20 Lookback period for trend calculation. Higher values produce a smoother, slower ribbon. Bullish Color Color Green Color of the ribbon during bullish trends. Bearish Color Color Red Color of the ribbon during bearish trends. Ribbon Opacity Integer 30 Transparency level of the ribbon (0-100).
Setting Type Default Description Show Momentum Toggle On Display the momentum oscillator panel. Momentum Length Integer 14 Lookback period for momentum calculation. Overbought Level Float 80 Threshold above which momentum is considered overbought. Oversold Level Float 20 Threshold below which momentum is considered oversold.
Setting Type Default Description Show Volume Analysis Toggle On Enable the volume confirmation module. Volume MA Length Integer 20 Moving average period for calculating the volume baseline. Volume Threshold Float 1.5 Multiplier above the volume MA that qualifies as "above-average" volume (e.g., 1.5 = 150% of average).
Setting Type Default Description Show S/R Zones Toggle On Display automatically detected support and resistance levels. Zone Lookback Integer 50 Number of bars to look back for identifying zones. Zone Sensitivity Integer/Slider Medium How precisely zones are drawn. High sensitivity creates more, narrower zones; low sensitivity creates fewer, wider zones. Support Color Color Green Color of support zones. Resistance Color Color Red Color of resistance zones. Zone Opacity Integer 20 Transparency of zone fills.
Setting Type Default Description Show Trend Cloud Toggle On Display the trend cloud overlay. Cloud Length 1 Integer 9 Fast period for cloud calculation. Cloud Length 2 Integer 26 Slow period for cloud calculation. Bullish Cloud Color Color Green Color when cloud indicates bullish trend. Bearish Cloud Color Color Red Color when cloud indicates bearish trend. Cloud Opacity Integer 15 Transparency of the cloud fill.
Setting Type Default Description Enable Screener Toggle Off Activate the multi-symbol screener table. Symbol 1-10 Symbol Input Various Symbols to include in the screener scan. Screener Position Dropdown Bottom Right Where the screener table appears on the chart. Screener Text Size Dropdown Normal Font size of the screener table.

Setting Type Default Description Color Theme Dropdown Auto Match chart theme automatically, or force light/dark mode. Signal Size Dropdown Normal Size of signal markers on the chart. Label Display Toggle On Show text labels next to signal markers. Bar Coloring Toggle Off Color the price bars based on trend direction.
To restore all settings to their defaults:
Click the gear icon on the indicator label
Click the Reset button (usually at the bottom of the settings panel)
Confirm the reset
Resetting settings is irreversible. If you have a custom configuration you want to preserve, save it as a TradingView indicator template before resetting.
